....HATES ME !!!!!!!!

I've been trying to make a few purchases lately and all them failed!!!

First, it was EDM.

My order was on pending mode for the longest time and noone from CustomerService was replying me.

When they finally did, they told me there was some problem with my order and gave me back refund so that I can re-order BUT the specials ended !!!!

Then, it was SilkNaturals.

My paypal account absolutely hates SilkNaturals. I was just one step away from completing my transaction when PayPal decided to mess with me. So, now I'm left with US$50 worth of stuff in my cart, with all US$24 of my points redeemed (from the failed transaction!!) and NO ORDER PLACED !!!!!!!!!!

I think I'm going to fall into depression soon if everything doesn't get fixed.

Right now, I'm just going to swallow the tub of ice cream and sulk for the rest of the day or maybe cry a little.

Poor liljooules! That happened to quite a few with EDM. Paypal's been doing funny things of late.

Quick, email Karen and tell her what happened. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I really didn't spend THAT much. My last order was for a friend!! really!!

It's so frustrating. EDM is slacking abit on their side too. I didn't get my free eyeshadows from my previous order and it has been more than 2 weeks since they said that they will ship them to me.

I already did. I feel bad sometimes for Karen because she is such a nice person and i keep bugging her life. I have trouble almost everytime i buy mmu from her.

thanks michelle. I already did. I hope i get my points back too. I was so excited this morning looking at the new stuff and now I get sad looking at the stuff in my cart and my missing points.

Awww, I'm so sorry you're going through that. Paypal has been a bit wonky at times. Just recently, I ordered a book from an online store (non ebay) and used paypal and my funds went through just fine, but remained "unclaimed" from the store and then my order was still in "under review" mode on the store website. I was wondering wtf? Luckily, after the second day, still seeing the funds as unclaimed, I emailed the store...the lady apologized and told me that she never received notice from paypal about my payment. So, she accepted the payment and processed my order. I've never had a paypal payment to a store not go thru instantly before, so it was weird. lol

..and i thought my problem is bad enough..

my paypal account hates SN a lot!!! i can use it for everything but SN because they claim that the transaction between my account and the seller (SN) is risky, so, they keep denying the transactions.

when i asked them to define 'risky', they simply said, 'oh, it seems that too many payments were made to the seller in a short period of time'. They freaking blocked my account from making payment to SN!! wtf??

that sucks! I've only had paypal go weird with SN once...for some reason the payment didn't go thru. I think it ended up being a firewall issue at that time and my firewall didn't like that SN redirected me to paypal which redirected me to SN. lol

Yes have backup but it stinks & my cell phone isn't working correctly either!

the EDM 10% off code has been extended through july 4th. Hope everything works out!

hey xarata. thanks for informing. The excitement died down so i'm still deciding if want to buy from EDM since I'm going to buy more stuff from SN. lol

yeah i'm not a big fan of EDM. I like some of their blushes but that's about it.

I'm laughing at this. I felt like this 2 weeks ago when I couldn't get some orders to go through at 2 companies. Turned out 1's site was down temporarily and the other I still don't know. with another - EDM the shipping cost feedback so higher than my total order for 2nd largest kit! I passed. Now come to find out it was a glitch with their website.
